Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms,” “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the Moon & Craft website and online store (the “Service”) operated by Gazealous Productions LLC (“us,” “we,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Personal Information

2. Products & Services
a. Digital Downloads
Moon & Craft offers digital products for purchase and download, including printables, templates, and educational materials.
- All digital downloads are for personal use only.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or use digital products (in whole or in part) to create another product for sale.
- Digital products are delivered electronically via download link or account access.
- Download links may be limited to three (3) download attempts and may expire after one (1) year.
- Moon & Craft is not responsible for technical issues on the customer’s end.
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
b. Consulting Services
Moon & Craft offers consultation services including astrology readings, natal chart interpretations, business planning, and personalized guidance.
- Consultations are provided for educational and entertainment purposes only.
- Information shared is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Privacy & Confidentiality
The consultation space is a safe and confidential space. Information shared during consultations is treated with discretion and respect.
Ethics
It is my intention to empower you with the wisdom contained in your chart. I follow the Code of Ethics set forth by the Organization for Professional Astrology.
Consultation fees are non-refundable, except where otherwise stated in the Event Entertainment section below.
c. Membership
Moon & Craft offers a paid membership that provides access to premium content, workshops, group readings, and community features.
Payment Terms
By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or annual). Payment is due on the scheduled billing date. Failure to remit payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting info@moonandcraft.com.
Cancellations must occur before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.
No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Usage Restrictions
Membership access is intended solely for the registered member. Content may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
Behavior Standards
Members are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct. Bullying, harassment, stalking, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
We reserve the right to update membership terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
d. Event Entertainment
Moon & Craft offers astrology and oracle readings as live entertainment for events and private gatherings.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
- Invoices are issued through Stripe.
- The remaining balance is due at the conclusion of the event.
Refunds are issued as follows:
- 100% refund if cancelled more than 14 days prior to the event
- 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days prior to the event
- Deposit forfeited if cancelled less than 7 days prior to the event
3. Payments
Moon & Craft accepts payment through secure third-party processors such as Stripe, Square, and PayPal.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase information. Prices are subject to change without notice.
All digital products, consultations, memberships, and services are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated.
4. Refund Policy
- Digital products are non-refundable once purchased.
- Consultations and memberships are non-refundable.
- Event Entertainment refunds are governed solely by the Event Entertainment policy above.
5. Consultation Cancellations
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a consultation.
- Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice incurs a $50 rebooking fee.

- Rescheduled sessions must be completed within one (1) year of the original date or the fee is forfeited.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and products on this website are the property of Gazealous Productions LLC and are protected by copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without written permission.
7. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if these Terms are violated.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denver, Colorado, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of changes.
